Description

The vineyards for this wine are mostly in Fleys, with a small proportion from Fontenay, courtesy of Eve’s paternal grandmother. Fermented and raised exclusively in tank for a year, this is a tight, mineral expression of Chablis with plenty of oyster shell character.
