What types of events do you offer?
Berry Bros. & Rudd offer a wide range of events and experiences in our historic home at No. 3 St James’s Street, including tutored tastings, wine courses and private events. Find out more here .
Do you run private events?
We can tailor our events to suit any requirement you might have. Please contact us with your requirements or for more information.
Do you have a wine bar on site?
No, but we have 3 Enomatic wine tasting machines in our Wine Shop at 63 Pall Mall, with a changing selection of 24 wines available to taste.
How can I learn more about wine with you?
All our events are hosted by experts who will guide you through everything you need to know. We run Introductory courses and “Deep Dive” wine courses, as well as WSET Level 2 courses. Find out more about these here .
Do you provide physical tickets?
No. We’ll email you with an order confirmation number as proof of your booking.
I’ve purchased an event as a gift. Is there anything I need to do?
Please contact us with your order number, name and date of the tasting, along with the name, telephone number and email address of the recipient. This is so we can contact them directly with the details of the event.
I’ve included a gift message but if you don't send out physical tickets, how will this be delivered?
If you’d like a gift letter to be sent out, please contact us with your order number, name and date of the tasting, along with the name, telephone number and email address of the recipient.
If I can't make the event can I cancel?
If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events but you’re no longer able to attend, please contact us . Please note that we’re not able to offer refunds for events that are cancelled less than seven working days before the date of the event. If you’re cancelling an event outside the seven day cancellation window, then we can offer a full refund to your original payment method. If the event was a gift, the purchaser will be refunded.
I have dietary requirements, how do I tell you about them?
Prior to each event, the team will be in touch to confirm the event details and to enquire about allergies or dietary requirements. Please confirm if you have any at this point. Thank you.
