Description

An incredibly bright and perfumed nose. Arguably the prettiest wine from the tasting. This is full of very charming red cherry fruit with strawberry coulis and a touch of tartness. This is Cabernet Franc, so there is a touch of that more earthy quality, which comes more so on the palate, which is relatively light but with a lovely texture. Quite chewy tannins work well with very precise and persistent acidity.
