Description

The plant selections here tend to give a pale wine with a light touch and 2022 is no exception. Around half of the fruit was vinified as whole bunches, emphasising the crushed strawberry character. The palate is richer than the nose would suggest, offering up an explosion of tiny red berries that culminates in a fine, saline and peppery finish. Drink 2024-2032.
