Description
The 2022 Chablis Les Séchets 1er Cru tends towards more reduction on the nose, but there is intensity here, with beeswax and light adhesive scents complementing the yellow fruit. The palate is very refined with a keen thread of acidity. A dab of sour lemon keeps this on its toes. A touch of crème brûlée lends some intrigue to the finish with a peppery aftertaste. Lovely.
