Description

Harvest was finished by 17th September here. This wine has been racked and filtered and is ready to go. It sees no new oak and is all about fruit concentration, with masses of ripe cherry, strawberry and boysenberry. This is an exemplary Bourgogne Rouge: finely balanced, elegant and pure. It is showing incredibly well already; it is hard to beat at this level.
