Description

This is deep and intense from the century-old vines, with great finesse. The clos offers protection but also retains warmth. This is mitigated by the poor rocky and limestone soil alongside the vineyard’s easterly exposition. The palate is compact and precise; Olivier Merlin compares it (not for the first time) with great Chablis.
