Description

The Sauvageonne is a brilliant wine made from 100% Clairette and aged in six different amphorae for 10 months. The nose is, currently, still tight but full of fine, white apples, peaches and minerality. A touch of lemon cream introduces the palate’s lovely texture, being smooth and pulpy yet stoney and focused. This is gorgeously pure and fine.
