Description

The brainchild of Charlène, this comes from 0.3 hectares of old vines between Mont de Milieu and Montée de Tonnerre. It undergoes 24 to 48 hours of skin contact, with fermentation in five- to six-year-old barrels before ageing in tank. This yields a wine that is more saline and textural, with more density and a dry, grippy finish.

The return of Cuvée Mademoiselle, after missing out in 2021. A fine clear lemon and lime colour. The bouquet is prettily perfumed, more floral than full honeysuckle, and retaining also marine Chablis notes. An elegance in the style here, merci Mademoiselle.
