Description

This is always made without sulphur as a “natural” style of wine, the aim being to make it open and accessible while softening some of the vineyards’ natural edges. This is mostly from En Clous, with a small parcel in Les Plantes. Over half the fruit was vinified as whole bunches, giving a floral sweetness and peppery spice to the finish.
