Description

Olivier has nearly one hectare planted in Les Cras with Pinot Fin propagated from cuttings from Clos des Epeneaux. The 2022 vintage has given this wine an extra layer of ripeness, and the fruit is expressive from the millefeuille technique of layering whole bunches and destemmed fruit in the fermentation vat. A delicious, crunchy and appetising Pinot Noir.
