Description

Bottled just before the 2023 harvest, this is delicate and fresh. It is incredibly vibrant and engaging with green apple, citrus and hints of pear. The balance of acidity and fruit is excellent. The use of 50% old oak and 50% stainless steel keeps the wine fresh.
