Made from 100% Pinot Blanc, this is always an intriguing cuvée. You can feel the grape’s generosity, which gives a richness and viscosity to the palate, with subtle notes of acacia honey and substantial acidity that provide balance. The character of this wine will continue to develop with age.

Pinot blanc, filtered but not fined, and ready to bottle. 30% new wood and 13.46% alcohol. This is the first time this wine has hit the yield since he purchased the vineyard in 2006.
