Description

This vineyard has the highest vines of the domaine, at nearly 400m. It was included in the recent upgrade to Premier Cru, although there are still vines on this site above 400m that have been excluded. This wine’s profile is angular and mineral, with a superb lick of citrussy acidity. Almost atypical for this appellation.

The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Sur La Roche 1er Cru has a detailed bouquet that is pretty reduced now, showing melon and dried orange peel.
