Description

From 1.28 hectares planted in the late 1960s and early ’70s, this is made in a mix of tank and barrel. There’s a lovely fresh citrus feel here, giving a crisp, chalky expression of Chablis that is quite tight and saline for now. I expect this to gain in breadth with time.
