Description

The 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay greets you with wonderful, perfumed notes of white peach and subtle floral tones. There is a great freshness to this wine carried by the vibrant acidity and citrus notes, with green apple more apparent followed by a very delicate touch of oak notes. The balance of the wine is very good paired with a delectable salinity. This is a fine example of what a great Bourgogne Chardonnay should be like and with a particular focus on the great terroir of the Côte d’Or.
