Description

This vineyard is situated in the village of Chaintré, and Olivier draws comparisons to the neighbouring Clos des Quarts. The difference, he explains, is that Chevrières is more fruity and less mineral. He lost about 35% of the crop to frost and has 9½ barrels of sturdy and earthily satisfying wine.
