Description
Although situated beside Champans, this is a wine very different in style, being more accented towards a higher-toned, herbal bouquet with a discrete cinnamon spice. In 2021, those notes are a little more discrete and the palate has a softer, more mellifluous feel. Drink 2025-2034

Six barrels, which is respectable in 2021. A fresh lighter purple with quite a floral nose, plus raspberries. More precision. Delicious in fact, a mix of juicy raspberry and cherry fruit, without the peppery finish, picked ripe enough and healthy enough.
