The wines of the sandy soils of the Pignan lieu-dit, just like those of Rayas itself, tend to display beautiful floral aromas and superb fruit concentration with incredibly subtle, fine tannins. This 2021 has wonderfully lifted and bright blueberry and earthy raspberry aromas followed by a juicy and concentrated palate with a fine, silky texture. A lip-smacking umami note lingers on the long, refreshing finish. Gorgeous.
