22% whole bunch vinification. A bright pinky purple. The 2021 Corton Grèves shows really quite an elegant nose for what can be a massive terroir. Really lovely fruit on the palate in a full fresh red berry style, which makes the raft of tannins at the back unexpected – unless you know the nature of this particular terroir.
