Description

Federico’s Boschetti comes from a mix of both sandy and blue-clay soils. This is the only Scarzello vineyard with a sand component to the soil composition, but the sand is large and more closely resembles gravel. This has a wonderfully deep strawberry tone, and balances generosity with a discrete, but convincing, structure, with a promise of longevity. This is cool, poised and energetic. Around 1400 bottles are produced per year.
