The 2020 Moulin-à-Vent Champs des Cour is the maiden release. It has a well-defined nose with maraschino cherry and crushed strawberry fruit, a touch of rose petal emerging with time. The palate is well-defined with crisp acidity, fleshy and fruité towards the elegant finish. Very fine.
