Description

The soil here is quite deep clay, a good thing in recent warm, dry years. Arnaud has 0.45 hectares of 45-year-old vines. The nose is floral and intensely perfumed, with violets and sweet spice, whereas the palate is surprisingly weighty and powerful. There is a lot of concentration here, and a structure that will require a little patience. Drink 2032-2055.
