Description

In Rugiens-Hauts, this 0.5-hectare plot (planted in 1953) was purchased in 2007 from the Annick Parent domaine. The wine is accented towards dark fruit and seems especially compact this year. The trademark iron note only works its way into the palate right at the end. There’s plenty of weight and flavour; Pommard has done well again. Drink 2026-2036.
