Les Sept Vignes is Château Thivin’s calling card. As the name suggests, fruit is drawn from seven different parcels, all located on the slopes of Mont Brouilly. The variety of sites brings complexity and balance to the wine, making it a firm favourite year-in, year-out. Red and blue fruit, floral touches, and a hint of pepper and sweet spice make this a delicious, versatile wine. The 2020 has an extra layer of ripeness and structure thanks to the warm vintage, which guarantees good ageing for five to ten years. Drink now – 2032.

The Côte de Brouilly, one of the ten Beaujolais Crus, is renowned for its unique terroir with volcanic and granite soils. It is situated on Mont Brouilly's slopes and produces structured, concentrated wines primarily from Gamay grapes. The region's early-ripening fruit and diverse microclimates result in fresh wines that age well, gaining complexity over time.
