Description

The perfect partner to our much-loved Good Ordinary Claret, “GOW” is made for us by the same winemaking team at Dourthe, one of Bordeaux’s most respected producers. The wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented cool to preserve freshness and aromatics. With the understated elegance of the vintage, citrus-fruit aromas are most prominent on the nose; a wonderful mineral edge lends structure and balance. Lively and refreshing, this is immensely appealing, whether as an apéritif or served with seafood, vegetable or lighter chicken dishes.
