Description
This cuvée comes from vines up to 35 years old. This wine is made entirely in tank, to preserve its pure and fresh expression of Chardonnay. There is a pleasing note of grilled nuts on the nose, good weight of citrus and white stone-fruit on the attack and a fine, mineral finish reminiscent of Chablis in its salinity. Drink 2022-2026.
