Jasper Morris MW 88-90/100
Situated next to Clos des Mouches. A plump and deep purple, but the nose is much less exuberant. Quite high toned with some fresh apple when it does come out. Black fruit on the palate and then rather dry tannins. At the moment the Beaune Aigrots is less balanced, but it has just been racked and I would tip the Beaune this wine to come together.
