Description

This single estate Tequila is an exceptional and elegant Extra Añejo from “Rancho La Latilla”. It is made using Agave grown over seven years on gentle slopes, which offer full sun exposure. This has allowed for an incredibly attractive nose and a real juiciness to the spirit. 

Of particular note is the very pale colour of this Extra Añejo. This is a sure sign that the Maestro at Tequila Ocho has selected some of their most care-worn casks to mature this luscious spirit. These casks subtly support it rather than risk overwhelming the vegetal beauty of the sweet Agave.
