Deep, glowing amber – much the same as the Rieussec 1983 tasted at the same time. Real healthy savour of honey, toast and lime blossom. Refreshing acidity and medium body. Very rich, unctuous hit on the palate but supremely refreshing. Lots of green fruit flavours and quite astonishingly vibrant.
