The Glenrothes Distillery, established in 1878 by James Stuart & Co. in the Speyside region of Scotland, has a rich heritage of crafting quality single malt whiskies. Its history is marked by innovation and resilience, including a rebuild after a devastating fire in 1922. This 1988 vintage, bottled in 2010, is known for its balanced maturity, offering a rich complexity from over two decades of ageing.
