This agricole-style rum is made from cane juice rather than molasses. It’s an assemblage of vintages distilled between 2004 and 2014. Cellar Master Karine Lassalle’s fabulous work results in a rum of equal parts deliciousness and complexity. This is truly one to share and savour.
