Description

This is another in Spirit of Yorkshire’s beer- and whisky-cask finishings series. Oak barrels were used to mature a special edition of Marmalade Porter from Wold Top (their sister brewery), and then afterwards, it was used to mature this whisky. The intriguingly pale colour does not indicate the whisky’s rich, toasty malt, red apple and candied peel character.
