Description

Established in 2011, Cardrona Distillery has quickly gained a reputation for premium single malt whiskies. The Falcon is crafted with pure alpine water and aged in carefully selected casks. Cardrona is one of the few distilleries in New Zealand that distils and matures its whisky on-site, ensuring complete control over the production process. The Falcon is named in honour of New Zealand’s native falcon, the Karearea, symbolising strength and resilience.
