Description

Selected by Billy Walker, Master Distiller at Glenallachie, this was aged primarily in Panama and then shipped to the slightly cooler climate of Speyside for a further period of maturation in a combination of virgin oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-red wine casks. Tropical fruits and sweet bakery spice all mesh together and flow into a gloriously nutty finish.
