Description

This toothsome Balblair is a lovely example of the distillery’s house style. It shows succulent, macerated sultanas and handsome oak. There is a pleasingly rich texture, due to the deliciously rotund pot stills and the significant influence of the final six years of maturation being in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. Sublime with a steak, either beef or venison, this would be equally well paired with a comfy, old armchair.
