Teeling Distillery, established in 2015 in Dublin, revitalised a long-standing family tradition of distilling that dates back to 1782. The distillery is known for its innovative approach and high-quality Irish whiskies. Teeling is one of the few distilleries to focus on single pot still whiskey, a traditional Irish style. The Wonders of Wood series explores the influence of different wood types on the final whiskey, with this expression focussing on virgin Portuguese oak.
