It was a delight to encounter this latest offering from Cornish botanical-botherers, Pentire. This non-alcoholic drink is delicious served as a spritz with good tonic water, or soda, depending upon preference. Touches of oak provide finely balancing bitterness alongside blood orange – ideal for pre-prandial refreshment, or mixed into a cocktail.
