The Nc’nean Huntress embodies the “hunt” for a difference in flavour through the liquid itself rather than the barrel. With two unique strands of yeast added during fermentation, Woodland Candy is exactly what Nc’Nean has created. Foraged pine needles and herbs from the forest floor underlay a creamy toffee nose. Guava takes the lead yet is still intricately laced with a herbal essence. Confectionary sweetness on the finish calls you back for another sip. This is immensely drinkable whisky.
