Established in 1994, Sullivans Cove Distillery has become a benchmark for Australian single malt whisky. The distillery is located in Tasmania and leverages the island’s pristine environment and high-quality ingredients to craft its award-winning whiskies. The use of Apera (an Australian wine inspired by Sherry) casks adds a unique local twist to its French Oak bottlings. Each bottle is individually numbered, emphasising the distillery’s small-batch production.
