Description

Made with wild Cenizo Agave, in the state of Durango, Northern Mexico, this Mezcal is bright and elegant, and rich in minerality. It is served in a hand-carved decanter, made by local artisans and emulating the liquid’s individuality. Herbal, citrus notes twinned with cooked agave and subtle spice, wrestle for supremacy. Green olive, peanut and a woody hint of chocolate provide a delightful finish. Moreish as an aperitif, it will be divine with shellfish and aged cheese.
