Description

Founded in 2007 in Melbourne, Starward Distillery innovates with the use of Australian wine casks when maturing its whiskies. Vitalis, a special release, highlights the distillery’s expertise in crafting unique and flavourful whisky. The distillery’s founder, David Vitale, aimed to create a whisky that embodies the spirit and flavour of Australia. Using barrels from local wineries adds distinctive wine-influenced notes to Starward’s whiskies.
