Description
The Oxford Artisan Distillery is an absolute pioneer in regenerative agricultural techniques. This bottling is a marriage of whisky aged in American oak and a sweetly luscious ex-Moscatel Sherry cask, lending both complexity and balance. There's a gorgeous spicy breadiness from the characterful rye grown for this distillery and a lovely dried fruit finish. Sugar and spice and all things nice!
