Description

After two hours of driving across the Western Highland Peninsulas, this was an incredibly welcome dram.

Flavours of salted toffee and red apple are immediately noticeable. There is a lick of spice and bonfire making itself known on the mid-palate. The finish closes with fig and almonds, all the time with a deliciously honeyed texture providing incredible depth and fruitiness. A few drops of water really help to bring out a refined elegance and soften the edges of this beautifully.
