Description

Scents of smoked cinnamon sticks, charcoal and cigars are balanced by the welcome surprise of sweet, stewed apples. Close your eyes and you could be munching on a toasted cinnamon bun, mouth-filling and savoury. Black pepper and charred cedar notes are rounded out with a long, steely and saline finish. The 57.9% ABV is carried very well. Non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength, this is the pure spirit that is drawn from the cask. This winter dram is a rugged character looking to shelter and warm by the fire for the evening as the winter tightens its grasp outside.
