Description
Glengoyne Distillery, founded in the Scottish Highlands in 1833, is well-known for its unpeated single malts. It is also famed for its slow distillation process, which is the slowest in Scotland, allowing maximum flavour extraction and smoothness. The team here uses air-dried barley rather than peat-smoked, which results in lighter, fruitier styles.
