Description

The Lakes Distillery effortlessly produces some of the most exquisite whisky in the world, and the Mosaic is no exception. Structurally speaking, this is outstanding. The mouthfeel is warming and velvety without feeling overtly viscous. The flavour profile is bold and irresistible, boasting dark chocolate, roasted arabica coffee beans, root ginger and hedgerow fruits.

Like many of the Whiskymaker’s Editions, the Sherry-driven cask style has integrated beautifully with the spirit, adding generous complexity to an already abundant palate. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of dried cherries, baking spices and Turkish delight. This is absolutely divine.
