Description

Incorporating tea leaves grown by the local vicar and a spray of Tobermory’s new make spirit, this Mountain Gin is steeped for a minimum of 24 hours in botanicals foraged from the island’s wild crags. The nose has a distinctly coastal snap of mountain salt, lemon sherbet, orange peel and a spark of vegetal sappiness. Aboard the palate are heather, dill, chives and persimmon skins, all drifting into a sweet and sour harbour of boiled seaside treats.
