Jerez de la Frontera is the most inland of the three climates in Lustau’s En Rama bottlings, resulting in a rounded and full style of dry Sherry. The bouquet is nuanced and complex, with pronounced, ripe lemon essence and hints of tangy orange zest, white bread and rich butter. The palate has a toasty, rich quality to it. Flavours of roasted hazelnuts are balanced with a saline minerality, at once delicate and powerful. Mouth-watering and moreish, this outstanding Sherry will go beautifully with Iberian jamón or steak tartare.
