El Puerto de Santa María sits in the Bay of Cádiz, enjoying a mild year-round climate. These are the perfect conditions for a Fino combining the full flavour and briny delicacy of a coastal wine while also being ever so precise. The 2023 bottling has aromas of sea-sprayed almonds and husked walnuts alongside dried apple rings and olive brine. On the palate, dried apricots, hazelnut skin and a subtle herbal undertone harmonise with the crisp minerality. The smooth and weighty texture leads to a clean, persistent finish and leaves an indelible impression of the maritime influence.
